Last night, I had a conversation with a close friend, Jamaican Shotput Olympic Athlete, Zara Northover of the past Beijing Olympics of 2008. Endurance and longevity was one of the main topics discussed. Commitment to Olympic 2012

As I embark on my training for the 2012 Olympics in London, I am quick to embrace and accept the the obvious. The road ahead is a winding road, with no guarantees, and that there will be many stops along the way. I've been down this road before, and WOW was it a ride. (From a sprained groin to being misdiagnosed for an ankle sprain).
